Dr. Swanson enjoys playing racketball and occasional tennis at Johnson Ranch Racket Club in Roseville. He is so proud of his two children, Alyssa and Tyler. Alyssa is still attending college while Tyler is serving his country as a Marine in Okinawa.

Mini Plata

Mini is one of the opticians in our office. She graduated from National Career Education in 2007 and is ABO Certified. Mini enjoys working with people and meeting all of their vision needs. Mini frequently attends occupational educational seminars in helping her stay on top of new lens designs. Mini speaks fluent Spanish and English.

Lynn Swanson

As front desk/manager of the office, Lynn, who used to work as a secretary in the Elk Grove School district, has brought her managerial skills to play in our office. Her years of experience has helped us provide a smooth office flow to our patients as she helps in understanding various insurance questions, scheduling, and whatever other need might arise.

Aaron Aparicio

Aaron recently joined our practice and is trained in the para-optometric role and runs the contact lens department. Aaron performs the pre-testing and post-testing procedures and works closely with Dr. Swanson in providing a top-notch optometric examination of your vision and eye health.

Susan Ambrose

Susan runs the business end of our practice. Susan's bookkeeping skills has been extraordinary in keeping our office in compliance with Federal and State regulations as well as assuring proper billing. We feel so fortunate to have her on our staff!

Nancy Ambrose

Nancy's role in our office is medical billing. We tend to keep her busy! You wouldn't believe how complicated billing can be...but she handles it so well! Thank you Nancy!

Tracy Woodruff

Tracy is our lead optician and brings many attributes to our office. Her years of experience brings our optical area up to current standards and design. We know you will love working with Tracy as she meets and exceeds your optical requirements!
